There are many things-to-do in valentine’s day with your loved one. As a movie worm, I prefer watching movie. So, here are some movie suggestions you would like.

1. Roman Holiday

If you are a retro movie lover, then this should be on your top list. An American romantic comedy by the great Gregory Peck and Audrey Hepburn. The movie plot starts when a crown princess met a newspaper reporter in Rome.


2. Sleepless in Seattle

A great romantic movie by Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan. They came close to listening to a radio show and met on top of the Empire State Building on Valentine’s Day. very interesting movie. Must watch!


3. You’ve Got Mail

Another romantic comedy by Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan. This movie is about corporate monopolism with a glimpse of love that happened by email. Lovely movie.  Another must watch.


4. La La Land

Oscar-wining musical romantic movie. It stars Ryan Gosling as a jazz pianist and Emma Stone as an aspiring actress, who meet and fall in love in Los Angeles while pursuing their dreams. What a movie.


5. 500 Days of Summer

Best off-bit romantic comedy movie I ever watched.  The film stars Joseph Gordon-Levitt and Zooey Deschanel, and employs a nonlinear narrative structure, with the story based upon its male protagonist and his memories of a failed relationship. This movie sends the message to be practical when you are even failed in your love life. Very interesting movie.


6. The Notebook

It is a romantic drama film based the same name novel. The film stars Ryan Gosling and Rachel McAdams as a young couple who fall in love in the 1940s.


7. Silver Linings Playbook

Silver Linings Playbook is a 2012 American romantic comedy-drama film. It stars Bradley Cooper and Jennifer Lawrence, with Robert De Niro and some star-studded casts. The lovely plot starts when a bipolar disorder patient meets a depressed widow.


8. The Wedding Singer

It’s a 1998 American romantic comedy film which stars Adam Sandler as a wedding singer in the 1980s and Drew Barrymore as a waitress with whom he falls in love. Very romantic.


9. Rome + Juliet

The film stars Leonardo DiCaprio and Claire Danes in the leading roles of Romeo and Juliet, who instantly fall in love when Romeo crashes a party and meets her, despite their being members of the Montague and Capulet family. A very enjoyable adapted movie from the original one.


10. 50 First Dates

50 First Dates is a 2004 American romantic comedy film which stars Adam Sandler as a veterinarian and Drew Barrymore as an amnesiac.
